Her work has been implemented by clients such as Porter Airlines, Canadian Tire, Metrolinx, TD Bank and the University of Toronto.
Empathy is at the very core of Jonatan’s approach to every project. To develop solutions, a careful look and true understanding of the problem is essential. Empathy allows us to place ourselves in someone else’s shoes, to see the world from a different point of view and consequently allows us to identify pain points that don’t exist in our own journey. Jonatan’s approach heavily emphasizes the importance of research to understand the internal and external contexts. She loves working collaboratively and being in dialogue with people from all backgrounds and expertise.
